Watch as I figure out, in real time, how this door lock works and fits together. Early in the video, I mention that there isn't a lock on the passenger side, but that is incorrect. I didn't realize until later, so I still have a passenger-side lock to change, and I plan on recording at least a little more (zooming in more, showing how that little clip finally DID fit on the lock/wire).
In case it isn't obvious, I'm NOT a mechanic. I'm trying to do as much as I can to fix up this beautiful piece of history, and I haven't been able to find enough pictures or videos of what these parts look like installed and replaced. Insights and encouragements are welcomed. Thanks!
