Back in 64-65 as a nineteen year old, I did a motorcycle trip on a '64 305 Superhawk from Montreal to Florida and across to California over a five month period while working along the way. I very much enjoyed the video.

When I was 17 bought a new white 1965 CB77......cost $775.00 Sold it for a 1967 Ducati 250 Scambler. the Honda was a much better bike

When I was 16 I bought one in 1972 for £15, with a knackered top end, a mate tried to fix it, but I think he didn't know much more than me about mechanics and never got it running 😀

I just completed one of these yesterday, as of this comment. It's for a customer and I never really spent any time in the saddle of one until this one. I absolutely fell in love. Next in the shop, a Black Bomber.

Brings back a lot of memories for me. This one of the first motorcycles I ever rode at the tender age of 12. This bike cemented my love for Honda motorcycles. From the same era I’ve ridden a 70’ CL175, a 70’ CB350 and an 70’ SL350. Plus a few other goodies, Like the Trail 70, the original 50cc mini trail and the XR75.

A milestone motorcycle, actually more important to Honda than the 750. With just a little tuning it could produce 35 rwhp and whip on every 500cc bike on the road in its day AND still be more reliable. Just clean that oil slinger regularly!

I had a '66 that i rode from Cheyenne, Wyoming, to San Bernardino, California; stopped over night in St. George, Utah. In those days, there were no speed limits on the highways of Nevada; got it up to and indicated 100, barely, before scaring myself back to 70. Was biggest thing Honda motorcycles made at the time.

A lot of old guys here. I had a 1966 305 Scrambler which I traded in for the New 67 450. Great Bikes

A friend of mine bought one of there in '65 a white one fully dressed with bags and all. I couldn't afford this but got a 160 scrambler. It was fast

That sound brings back memories! A neighbor had one when I was a kid, he let my stepdad and I go for a spin. I remember looking over Dad's shoulder and seeing that we were going a little over 100 on a straight stretch.
