I was 7 years old when our family moved to San Diego in 1965... I watched the stadium being built, and then being torn down a couple of years ago. How time flies!

I was born in 1965 in the Northeast. Drove out to Imperial Beach in August 1989 and been in California ever since. (Working on my 2nd state pension.) San Diego is a special place.

Don’t adjust your television sets because we are going to back to 1965 and this is how KFMB really was. Let’s not forget “Days of Our Lives” premiered on November 8, 1965 on NBC and it was the first soap to air in color.
