As a kid, I loved these Uniroyal Tire Commercials in the cartoon form...thought ti was so neat!

I remember a Tiger Paw commercial where a car goes around a turn and the car body is off the road but the tires was still on the road and the announcer said something like "OH Yeah".

wow, really, I didn't know that! He owned a bar in LA called Shelly's Manne Hole! A hot spot for Jazz folks.

@@OsbornTramain Yeah, Shelly landed a contract to do oddball percussion soundtracks for this whole series of Tiger Paw ads. Definitely not his usual gig!

my asian lay boss came in one day and said she had just bought a set of "Tiger Paws" I just had to show her the old ads...she laughed her ass off!

Sadly, they weren't among the better tire brands. That was decades before the companies bought each other and consolidated.
