1969 Camaro: Metal work, Body work, and Custom Paint Complete

This car like all of them had its challenges. From the metal work, body work and custom paint it transformed into a sick 1969 Camaro. Still some work to go at RJ Fabrications and then back to us for window install. The owner will definitely be proud of this car.

I hope you have insurance. Cuz if a fly tries to land on that paint work, it will slip, break its leg and want to sue you. Very nice paint and body work bruh. Zep 4 Life

Glass on metal. I seems like not to long ago, I was building the engine, rocker crusher and installing a “V-Gate” shifter in my buddy’s car, but a RS instead. Wow, amazing work on the polish Travis, from 1k, 6k and compound and polish. We’re any “Yellow” or “Purple” bottles harmed in the making of this finish? Thanks!

what paint system do you use i hope not nason like some other guy does..... and do you know how much clear is left if you had to go back over it ??

I use ppg vibrance line. There is still plenty of clear on the car. I shot 5 heavy coats of vc5700

It is a ppg Envirobase waterborne paint color is called dark otter

@@Supanova70 just about every car manufacturer these days have gone to waterborne and some are old school and against it. We are new to it and through some amazing classes I’ve attended it’s been tested and proven to be pretty amazing. Everyone I know who has tried it loves it. Now that’s all we spray for the high end jobs.

GM sure screwed up the new ugly Camaro’s that look like 10 cars in one. They should have designed them to look just like the 69 which is what everyone wants. But guess they decided to not sell as many as they could have.
