Very correct. From my bitter experience, once the payment is gone to them ,they will not be interested in your issues.So never give up full payment until all works and formalities are completed. They will not issue proper documented quotation and always try to avoid written commitments. Even the agreement will not be signed properly. The earthing will not be done as per standards. Proper warranty cards will not be submitted. The existence and operation modality needs to be checked before awarding the work. The top management ,as mentioned by them will not be accessible. There will be only one person a Ila le on all phone numbers. All brands offered in the proposal may not be supplied. On questioning this they will provide some lame excuses like ' that brand is not available now' etc, So always bear in mind such issues while awarding the contract.

Smart Mppt യു, ഒരു ബാറ്ററി വേണ്ടാത്ത ഇൻവേർട്ടറും ഉപയോഗിച്ചാൽ ONGrid hybrid ആക്കാം.Batt വയ്ക്കാൻ fund ഉള്ളവർക്ക് നമ്മുടെ prodution ksebക്ക് കൊടുക്കാതെ പരമാവധി ഉപയോഗിക്കാം.( താങ്കൾ 3 phase invertor ആണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞൂ. അതിൻ്റെ Details ഏതെങ്കിലും വീഡയോയിൽ വിവരിച്ചാൽ തരക്കേടില്ലായിരുന്നൂ )

Sir I am Rajesh E from Kozhikode, have applied for 3kv solar connection in February 2024 and paid 2lakh in an agency. But when we are checking the Surya Ghar app, its status is ‘feasibility approved’. But in the concerned KSEB site it’s status is still waiting for approval. Sir is there any solution for this?.....
