These sixth generation Thunderbirds (1972-76) were the largest and heaviest Thunderbirds ever built by Ford, with a curb weight of almost 4500lbs. With a total length of 225 inches you will see the sun move west in the sky just walking from the trunk to the engine compartment! This Thunderbird looks like it was reserved for a movie star with its white paint job and red vinyl top. Under the hood of this big bird is the optional big motor: a 460 Cubic Inch V8! This torque monster is paired to a 3 speed automatic so just imagine how this car can get up and go or cruise serenely down the highway.
