I first saw this film shortly after its release, when I had just returned from Ghana overland through Burkina and Niger. Watching again, with my partner, I was almost overcome with waves of nostalgia. I have travelled and worked in Niger since and although there have been many changes - this film captures the spirit of the people - patience, fatality and good hearted endurance in the face of life's obstacles. Un merveilleux hommage à Jean Rouche (dont il y a une exposition en ce moment à la BnF (Paris)) et à notre bonne vieille 2CV

Vraiment un super film ! Et l'AK 350 complètement au bout, le moteur sans ventilo, sans filtre à air, bielle coulée... Et ça roule !

Je me souviens de la diffusion de ce film dans le ciné-club d'Antenne 2,c'était en 1983 si je me trompe pas,et j'ai rit mais j'ai rit!!!
