Vincent Hanna reports on two extraordinarily determined British athletes, hoping to win an ice-dancing medal at the Winter Olympic Games, against all the odds. Their unwavering dedication - despite having no state or commercial funding - has led them to dub themselves the "hopeful lunatics".
Before there was Torvill & Dean, there was Green & Watts - preparing for the Olympics while avoiding random punters and scaffolding at Streatham's ice rink. Incredibly, considering their preparation, they DID qualify for the first ever Olympic ice dance contest - at the 1976 Innsbruck Winter Olympics - where they finished an impressive 7th place.
