A lovely little video a lovely car.

Back in the mid-eighties my dad had a navy blue one with white vinyl top. In my opinion, coolest car he ever had. Was also the first car we ever had with power windows. He isn't a big car guy, and definitely not mechanically inclined, but he had a different car every few months. That was his thing. Once a problem came up he would get rid of it and get something else for a few hundred dollars. Not something that can be done in today's economy.

I owned a '79 T Bird in the early 80's. A very nice car. Dark Blue Metallic, 302, dark blue velour interior, wire wheel covers. Loved it.

First NEW car I ever owned was a 1977 Thunderbird...triple dove gray.

I had a 79 T-Bird. It was the worst car mechanically that I owned until my 04 Grand Cherokee. But I did love it and I'm actually looking for another one!

Had a light green’79 T-bird with a 302 in it as my first car. I babied the hell out of that car , you could eat off the floor boards it was that clean. I ended up selling it to a buddy I was in the army with cuz he had one just like it before and wanted it and I bought a mustang. I’ll never forget that car and the memories I had with it

I had one for 10 years….keep an eye on the tie rods on each front tire….they can break with little warning and then you hit the brakes, the tire turns hard right (or left on the left side).

Had a black one with a 351 Windsor
