I’ve been to Toronto many times. Nowadays it’s to visit friends (especially one of my best friends who lives nearby) but it’s always great to be there. 🇨🇦

My one visit to Ontario, back in 2003 was wonderful. We actually started our holiday in NYC and took the Greyhound up to Niagra Falls (took about 9 hours with three stops IIRC) We visited the falls, then went to stay with friends in Cayuga before going on to Hamilton and Toronto. We had a very clear day day when w went up the CN Tower. Incredible view. Happy days.

Went there in 1988. I wanted to go up the CN Tower, one of the tallest in the world, around that time.

1977 was when we visited from the auld country .. the science centre near the cn tower ,which we went up, was something I remember, I just a little boy and we did not go on the maid of mist mist but down some stairs under the falls with the same water proof clothing...we stayed with family so none of the expensive hotel costs... not that I would have been paying anyway

Google "Annie Edson Taylor", and "Charles Blondin". Two fascinating stories about people who took on Niagara Falls, in their own different ways.

"Wish you were here". I was there. I still am, but it's changed out of all recognition, and not in a good way.

Looks like a very nice place, a pity the UK isn't more like this. Canadians are a very friendly bunch, again unlike the UK.

What's with the cuts and edits? I understand that you might want to edit some content, but in this video, you've cut the presenter off, mid sentence, several times. Please improve your editing.

party pooper here I worked on the Segwun exactly during this time and I was ripped off for about $2500 pay, in 1980s money. I worked at the Muskoka Sands, and they were good. Hard work but they obeyed the labour laws, the Segwun didn't. I still live here and am sad to say that the town is under foreign investment with business and landlords owning everyone and their cat.
