The best cold start yet????? What?
@PEDALFEVER10 ай бұрын
Wow she was super cranky. Definitely does not like sitting for long periods of time, but that cold start was just awesome. Looks like you were pumping the crap out of it too trying to work the gas up to the carb. They get pretty dry from sitting. Amazing video, please make more of these if you can, but have your camera person get closer in and film you inside so we can see your cold starting method. Just a request, of course. Thanks for sharing this!

Such an amazing cold start but not sure why the camera was so far away! Should have at least got some shots in the cab from side on. Shame.

@labellamaffia I suggested the same thing in my comment. Daniel has made other videos with that inside shot, perhaps he will make another video like that soon.

Think it might be time for another cold start of this awesome classic F150!

Jesus christ dude, those trucks aren't meant to be cranked more than 10 seconds (15 in worst case) ahaha.
@elevatorman4279 ай бұрын
starts right up after sitting a few months you just have to pump it about 200 times first.....lol🤣🤣🤣

Nope, sat for so long the fuel drained back in the tank.

@@MrAppltecExactly right! Took awhile to pump gas back up to the carb. If it had been flooded, you would’ve had to hold it to the floor to start it.
@PEDALFEVER10 ай бұрын
He definitely did not flood it. I have an older pickup like this (it's a Chevy though) and when it sits for a long time, you need to just keep pumping to get the gas up to the carb. What Daniel did was exactly what one should do to get an old carbureted vehicle started up after sitting. Great job Daniel. You got that 'ol beach truck cranked up!

well you drive a crvy no onder your always pumping it im saying i have a 69 fro pick up and that thing olny takes 2 pumps and starts on 2 crank after stitting fofr 2 mouths so his choke is eather fucked cause you dont need to do it that much @@PEDALFEVER

@@Brokeranchgarge606 Every vehicle is a little different. What works for one doesn't always work for another. Daniel obviously knows how his truck behaves. We will let him use whatever process works best for him and leave it at that.
