Chris of Los Angeles, California shows us his custom 1982 Yamaha Virago cafe racer, which was built by Jeffrey of JTEC MOTO. Upgrades include Yamaha R6 front end, rear KTM mono shock and tail light assembly.

I am very happy to see JTEC MOTO's Motorcycles in motion. I have been following Jeffery for a while on his blog which has inspired me to use a Virago as my base for my cafe build. Keep his bikes coming!

Love the videos! It gives me so many ideas for the bike I want to build. I have seen a couple of the Virago builds you've done, always impressed by the ideas and the transformation from customers idea to reality. Question though, which seat is the most comfortable that you've used? I'd like to use my bike as a commuter but be able to ride for 3-4 hours without fatigue.

how did you mount the rear shock? the bushings are smaller and shorter. do you have any build videos?

cafe racer is old school not electronic new school, keep it simple
