This is the 1983 Philadelphia Public League Football Championship game between the Northeast Vikings and Frankford Pioneers played at Northeast High School's Charlie Martin Memorial Stadium on Saturday December 3, 1983. Frankford came into this game undefeated in league play while Northeast had just one loss which came early in the season against Frankford 7-0. This was the rematch between two of the best public high school teams in Philadelphia.
