1983 Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade | Joan Lunden | Mike Douglas | Carol Lawrence

4 жыл бұрын1983 marked the first Live Christmas Day Parade from Walt Disney World in Florida. Hosts Joan Lunden and Mike Douglas. Carol Lawrence is our host for a special look at international holiday festivals taking place at EPCOT Center. According to Mike Douglas, It’s the first time that the residents of the Magic Kingdom have allowed outside cameras to take part in the annual tradition. Most of this original telecast actually covered the parade. The live coverage extended to the Voices of Liberty with Carol Lawrence at EPCOT Center. We also get holiday greetings from EPCOT’s 9 World Showcase countries, then it’s back to the Magic Kingdom for more live parade coverage.
