In our continuing build, we add in a small body lift to accommodate the headers as well as the transfer case skid we will be mounting soon.

Awesome series! I've watched all your videos. How much UHMW plastic rod did you need to make all the pucks? I see they're sold by at least 1ft sections on Amazon. What size/length bolts did you go with? Im doing 3.4 swap on my 89 4R. I see Idaho plates, im from the 7B area🤘🏼🇺🇸

Very cool! I’m in CDA. a 1’ section would work fine. I actually got a sheet of it and drilled holes with a hole saw. The bolt lengths I copied from The sky’s Offroad kit. He lists them on his website

I have a nice 88 sr5 I love how nice it looks except for the lift , This is much more than 2 inches it's high enough with a bad back it's a pain to get into it, I have an 89 every bit as nice but that 88 just wont let go

What would it take for a 1-in body lift on a CRV made from the same material?

Unfortunately the CRV is a unibody vehicle, so there is no way to lift the body off the frame. You would need a suspension lift to achieve the desired effect.
