Ever figure it out???

The central locking module is located in the driver's side kick panel. To get to it, you have to remove the driver's side kick panel (in front of the speaker by your left foot), but to remove the kick panel, you fire have to remove the panel under the dash that your brake and gas pedals come through (mine has one, so I had to remove it), then remove the screws holding your hood release cable (make sure you open your hood first, in case you need access to the fuse panel). Then, remove the panel covering your speaker. Next, remove the speaker (3-4 screws) and just set it aside (no need to disconnect it). Below the hole where your speaker was mounted, you'll see 2 other bolts/screws, remove them as they are what attach the bracket that the CLCU is attached to, to the INSIDE of the area where your speaker is mounted, and below it. You'll have to reach down inside of the speaker hole and mess with it to get it to come out and the space is VERY tight, but you'll eventually get it out if you mess with it enough.
