I had one of these. An 82 model. I did have an engine out of an 87 5th Ave. I loved that car. Mine didn't look this nice. Red, vinyl top was sun burnt, the paint was faded but the car road very nice. Also had a fully loaded 88 Gran Fury. Another fantastic automobile. I really like this 5th Ave. Wish I could go for this one.

@Steven Criscione YES! I'm familiar with those. Rare as all get out. Your mechanic is right though. When you are looking for one and don't see one in years, then all of a sudden one pops up. It's total bliss! I searched on out for about a year. I kept running into road block after road block. I've found adds on the computer but they were years and years out of date. My dream was to buy a triple gold. it had to have the Kimberly Cloth. Not the leather. After about two years, I gave up on that, and my wife found a stunning white, half vinyl roof with the most incredible blue cloth interior I've ever seen. I had a transporter out there in two days. Three days later I had that white with the blue interior sitting in my driveway. Shortly after that, I found, by some good grace, That triple gold that I've wanted since my friend bought his new back in 1987? I never got over that car. One came up for sale. In five days.. I had my dream car sitting in my driveway. Who knows? I may be buried in those cars. LOL. Hey..I invite you to see those cars on my channel. Plus some other stuff I have. I also have another version of those Chrysler M bodies. An 87 Plymouth Gran Fury Ex NYPD undercover cop car. Fun as shit! The detective never decomisioned it, so everything works. Lights,sirens. Dmitry, that Cadillac going by "squirilled" you...that is a rare Chrysler. Most are long, long gone.

I have an '87 but with wire spoked rims. I'll be buried in it. It's a lifelong car. Don't drive it in the snow, don't drive it in the rain, it will last a 100 years

Had one from 1995 to 2000 Mine was silver and gunmetal blue 2 tone 1987 with the alloys as well . same interior as this one.

This is a Chrysler Fifth Avenue; a Luxury Car. Fifth Avenue and New Yorker were two totally different cars and I don't know why it's so hard for people to understand that.
