The handlebars are factory. All Supers have that weld seam. This style was only made 2 years. The 88's are even more rare and had the 750 motor. Very nice bike!

I just picked one up on a awesome package deal two weeks ago,1987 Vf700 Honda super Magna 15thousand miles,inside storage original blue immaculate condition,it has a tear in the seat,runs great I haven't rode it yet but I'm in love with it,I was surprised when I seen your video of it ,It psyched me into loving the bike even more they came with a passenger seat pad and a padded chrome back rest n rack,ordered the seat cover and this bike looks like it did when it came off the floor in 87,also no signs of it ever being dropped,Like you said a bike of its year needs a going through like fork seals and carb clean just because of its age,Beautiful bike

I got an all original 87 super with original paint (red) that looks just as good if not better. That hasn't been rebuilt. Runs like a dream ! Just regular oil changes and tires

I have th 86 version of the Magna. A little different cosmetically and a 2 seater, but that engine is the same. It pulls Hard!!

Really loving the look of this bike. I’ve had a ‘85 Madura 700cc (the ugly stepsister) and love the V4 power plants. This checks all the boxes though. One for $2950 with 24,500 km’s in black around here. May have to get my license again

I know someone who can work on it. His name is Patrick Mann,, he disassembled the V65 Magna, had some parts chromed then put it all back together. There was just a frame sitting in our dining area until he got the parts back from the chrome shop

I have one. It’s all original. This bike you are showing is not a good representation of them. It is missing a lot. There are a bunch of parts on there that are not original. You mentioned how nice the seat looks. Well I have an original seat on mine that is not ripped and I think that seat you’re showing looks like shit. You know these also came with the rear seat? Mine has that also. I also have the Honda line factory rack on the rear. Your mirrors are wrong. You’re missing emblems I still have the warning stickers on the gas tank underneath the cap. I’m just saying if you want to make a video about a 87" Honda magna there are plenty of original ones still out there. This one is a custom bike. There are much nicer custom Magnas than this out there also. Since you have basically destroyed a stock magnet I’ll give you 20 bucks for it. It is a nice parts bike.
