Totally not looking to buy a Volkswagen van but my daughter liked it as her daily driver and how it fits her artist lifestyle. I was pleasantly surprised by how fun it is to drive and how much attention it gets. I even started looking at the earlier air-cooled models and hoping to eventually get a hold of one.
Very cool vehicle indeed and we are hooked on this bus! Stay tuned for more videos about it and how it fits our lives well.

Nice van ❤ I have’86 vanagon tin top too. She runs 60 miles round trip 5 days a week with a daily driver.

Thanks! We love it! Wow, you daily drive yours and that’s impressive. This one’s my daughters’ and she doesn’t work quite as far. My wife and I purchased a 74 bus recently and have driving it far but the Vanagon is much more refined for sure.

Nice vehicle! Don’t think I ever heard of a Vanagon. Who manufactures them?

Thanks brother, it’s made by VW. This was the model after the iconic VW buses of the 60s and 70s. We called it Vanagon here in the U.S. but I think it’s called a T25 or T3 in Germany and majority of EU. Per my digging around, the first Vanagon came out in 79 with an air cooled engine which was a carry over from the 78 VW buses.
