Thank you, enjoy the old redskins games from RFK stadium, my old hangout during Senators and redskins games. I grew up in the DC area. Those were great times. 😊

WERE being the key word in your comment. The safe spaces (“commanders”) are a disgrace to the former glory of Washington Redskins football and the NFL in general has lost its soul.

That's something the Cowboys do with regularity to Washington. Not sure I'd brag about it until the franchise turns things around. It's like dancing in the end zone when your team is losing 40-7 in the 4th quarter. But yes it was a sweep in 1987.

LOL at the Redskins jogging onto the field during the brawl. As if they're thinking, "Yeah, coaches are yelling at us to go help our teammates. In a couple of minutes they'll yell, 'Hey, get off the field!"

What a great game. I still say Shroeder was better than Doug Williams. Gibbs shouldn't have benched Jay. The Redskins would have won the SB with Jay and could have been back to back SBs. Instead with saw a gimby Doug William crash and burn after the SB season.

Little known fact.. Jay Schroeder has the highest winning percentage of any Redskins QB EVER.. W/L 26-8 .765 That's higher than Tom Brady's with New England.. Jay got screwed..
