These clips aired February 20th, 1989 on WVIT Channel 30. It was shown during the TV Show "The Hogan Family". WVIT is the NBC affiliate in New Britain, Connecticut

Man I tell you. Even after 35 years listening to and replaying in my mind the closing theme over and over again, hearing that sax player perform NEVER gets old.

I watched this whole episode today and it was quite entertaining. I didn’t realize they made over 100 episodes between Valerie and the Hogan Family.

I don’t think the show can get released on DVD or any similar video disc because the show has too many different titles that might cause confusion.

Yes, that would be nice. We should be able to request copies of our favorite shows. Popular and shortlived. I wonder where these are stored?

Miller boyett dominated in the 80s and 90s. So many wonderful shows during my childhood! I wish there was a streaming app with all the shows they created. The popular and short lived ones too! I love Roberta Flicks song in intro!

With their best successes were with ABC (Perfect Strangers, Full House, Family Matters and Step by Step), moderate success being with NBC with Valerie/The Hogan Family being their only successful show to air on that network and mediocre success with CBS since none of their shows that aired on CBS (including former ABC transplants Step by Step and Family Matters and former NBC transplant The Hogan Family) lasted more than a single season. The Family Man and Meego which were their only original shows for CBS never made it past their first seasons and the latter was the first show produced under the then-new Miller-Boyer-Warren banner (with longtime associate Michael G. Warren joining them in 1997).

@@TildeDixon All of them were shot at the Radford Studio Center, Hollywood, California starting with The Hogan Family followed by Perfect Strangers, Family Matters, Full House, Step by Step and Full House: Fuller House. But don't mind me anymore, a lot of sitcoms were shot on a sound stage in Hollywood to get the look and feel what they're exactly looking for.
