This a review of the GI Joe teams huge mobile strike headquarters and launchpad, the 1990 General and it's driver Major Storm. The massive vehicle came with battery operated lights and sounds, a spring loaded cannon with shells, and a Locust mini helicopter (colored differently from the single release in the same year).
