@@Gadgetdad007 Didnt you hear?! His mother wasnt going to watch this broadcast cause she was on holiday & she did get her present. So whatever mother's day they had its a private moment between her and her son without the need to telgraph to the whole world. The point of the comment was that this little shit of interviewer was really pushing his luck by treating Keith in a disrespectful manner by telling him what to say. Keith was really trying to be polite by refusing to be the guy's prop. Majority of celebrities would have already told the interviewer to fuck off and some would have punched him if boundries kept on not being respected.

@@keorodriguez 9 out of 10 celebrities wouldn't get asked that question though. The only reason they asked Keith was to try and get The "Fire Starter" to say something soppy on camera. I remember first hearing Prodigy in the early 90s, and didn't realize Keith Flint was the same age as me. Dead at 49. So sad... We will miss you, Keith, but you will keep the world dancing forever.

RIP Keith. I got into the prodigy as a young teenager when “music for the jilted generation” album came out in the mid 90’s. My first tattoo at 18 years old was of said album cover on my chest.

When I was first introduced to electronic/dance music was the FIRST time I finally found music I understood. Music I could embrace. The Prodigy... I didn't understand... couldn't explain... but I liked them A LOT. Keith, his looks, the haircut, the way he dressed was pure madness. It didn't make sense but made sense. We don't have groups like this anymore.

That group was my introduction to rave in 92. Seemed to last forever, but in actual fact my raving only lasted til 96. The music changed. The scene changed. I moved on. But those years are some of the most precious to me. Mainly the summer of 94. Awesome days.

Same mate, I've been knocked for six by his death and it might sound daft but it feels like a real spiritual loss to the whole of humanity, he was a very special and beautiful soul and I don't think the full impact will be fully appreciated for a while...he'll go down as one of the most influential figures in human history. Gutted and heartbroken doesn't come close 😢
