1992 Amana Round 2 ton central air conditioner starting up and running!

14 күн бұрынThis unit is located at the chiropractor complex I’ve filmed at before. I last filmed this unit last June but I’ve yet to get a in depth video of these 6 units. I plan to get a in depth video of all 6 of these at some point this season. This Amana also had a really quiet compressor startup sound. It was a lot quieter than I was expecting it to be. It had a Copeland reciprocating compressor. I plan to get the other Amana by it starting up sometime too. Recorded June 11, 2024.

that's pretty cool! and, it'll probably go another 10 years...low efficiency but who cares?! i have a 2 year old 3.5t Amana (Goodman Daikin) AC that i've already sunk close to $1000 into on repairs. without question...it's a total POS!

Thanks! Yeah I agree. These older Amanas are definitely far better than the ones made now.This will probably last around 35-40 years while the new ones probably won’t even make it to 10 lol.
