Well I think we can safely say, Neil Diamond is of very few people who got to not only perform, but sing with, their idols songs.. Both great artists..

When I was a freshman at LHS Sedaka was a senior, I graduated with Diamond , very talented people came from that school !!! And yes, Mr Goldman the music teacher. Lincoln was Grease The Movie !!! Great Memories 💕

A fact not generally known, both of these guys graduated from Lincoln H.S. in Brooklyn. Sedaka in 1956; Diamond in 1958. Me too. Steve Werner

And a few of The Tokens, too. Lou Gossett, Jr. graduated a few years earlier and Marv Albert a few years later. I'm really disappointed they didn't mention Lincoln in the video nor did Neal refer to it when he played Erasmus High School a few years ago. I think they both were taught by Mr. Goldman, the music teacher Btw, add yours truly to the list of Lincoln grads.

This was an unbelievable performance considering there was no rehearsal. This shows you what two great top pros can do on the fly - far superior to most who rehearse.

I will say it again there was an error with the computers when people do not know the facts about Neil they should not say things it is a known fact about Neil that when he is in concert he loves singing to love things to just happen not rehearse not planned just thought I would mention that
