Күн бұрынLocal hero Frank Meagher was untouchable on his home event in 1993 as he took a commanding victory in his 4 wheel drive Sierra Cosworth. This event also saw Ian Greer crowned as that year's National Irish Rally Champion in his Opel Manta 400.

Great video thanks, some great names not with us anymore! My parents were from Ireland and I was born and live in the UK . I used to work for a number of private Rally teams competing in the British Tarmac Rally Championships from the mid 1980s to the mid 1990s . I feel very fortunate to have a Sapphire Cosworth 4x4 in my collection watching these guys! ☘️❤️☘️

Great Memories of my 📼 Camera getting Ian greer overshooting, a good mix of group 4 and group B 4x4 and rear drive Cars and new groupA Cars then...plum did great programmes🎉@pat sullivan 📼 1990s Cork.

Never get sick of watching Frank ringing the neck of a car. Still never a great sign when a driver is having to ask his co driver if everything is okay, as latter shunts with Gareth O Callaghan proved.
