Yup, 1994 model year with the VIN for the win: 1G6 for US made Cadillac, KY52 for Seville STS sedan with dual front airbags, 9 for 4.6L V8 with MFI, aka "Notorious Northstar", aka RPO code "L37", 7 is a check digit, R for the 1994 model year, U for Hamtramck, MI assembly and the rest is the production sequence. The Hamtramck MI plant sits partially on the old Chrysler plant that operated from 1911 to 1980. GM's plant opened in 1985 and still operates today. The Northstar V8 was a rocket of an engine and very fast for the time, but a notorious oil burner. Exterior paint is code 41 Black.

It's amazing seeing cars with no rust at all getting crushed. Even the rocker panels are clean. The front end of that Seville could have been worth something.

I don’t have active memories of the 90s. I bet it was a hell of a decade 😂

I can't understand that cars which are only 15 years old must be so broken that they get crushed. My car is 36 years old and runs like new. Sorry, that's not good.
