True dual side exit, i had my 94 like that and after a few weeks of driving it i had noticeable hearing loss.

Run some sidepipes, check out the patriot exhaust h1060, it may be h10160, but I'm pretty sure you'd love them, just a little change of volume at idle, but all that blast when you step on it

Side pipe Johnnie’s (90 degree out right behind the front wheel) or just give it a true 90 x pipe

did you tune it or original maf?

Did you have to add a maf conversion kit. Or did your truck already have it. I have a 92 and installed it but it idles I think the computer can't handle it. So I'm thinking of doing the maf conversion from fiveology
