This is the Kaiteban to Yume Senshi Ai Eien Ni and is part 12/12. (To watch in HQ, you may need to change your settings. On the player you will see something like 360p, move your mouse over it and change it to the highest setting-once available that is)
Yume Senshi is about the Dead Moon Circus coming to town. Tiger's Eye, Fish's Eye, and Hawk's Eye* are on the hunt to find Pegasus by looking into peoples dream mirrors.
We also meet Miss Dream, a young mysterious girl who is able to go into peoples dreams to see if she can find Pegasus as well.The Outer Senshi, Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune are here to stop the awaking of Sailor Saturn, who happens to be the mysterious girl-now known as Tomoe Hotaru.
The musical features three new apparences: Sailor Saturn, Eternal Sailormoon, and Queen Nehelenia.
*Fans will meet Ono Hikari's (as Hawk's Eye) since this is her very first musical!
