The reason I loved Thorne and Macy was because Thorne wasn’t after Ridge’s woman. Thorne and Macy own separate story line. None of the incest that .became so typical on this show

@Lancex9384 That is completely not true. Thorne loved Macy very much and if it hadn't been Brooke he would probably still be married to her. Thorne also loved Darla who is also not Ridge leftover

I won;t go so far as to say a "Ridge leftover", but I _do_ agree that Macy and Darla were better matches for him, especially Macy. Their singing together was actually very impressive, and it made a strong bond between their houses, a type of Romeo & Juliet beautiful thing.

Thorn was right. I think Taylor should of been with Thorn. Thomas should of been Thorn Son. Ridge does not ever deserve Taylor even though I loved Tridge together.

The writers NEVER gave the character Thorne the proper development! Ingo totally SUCKS as Thorne! He needs to go back to GH! I like Thornton, but he’s HORRIBLE as Ridge! It just doesn’t work. The writers will eventually put him back with Quinn who is a perfect fit for him. Taylor should’ve chosen Thorne. She and her kids would’ve been FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR (times infinity) better off.

Thorne didn't care about Taylor in this story line. He was very obsessed with her. He should have went with Claudia. She liked him and was nice and pretty.

@@msrain1235 He cared about her. The writers from day one foolishly made Ridge out to be some extremely desirable irresistible man! Ron was and still is attractive. But, the way they wrote the character and his numerous loves was BEYOND ridiculous! He’s just like his stepfather Eric. It’s ALL about the pursuit and nothing else. I would like to see one of the first three actors to portray the role of Thorne to return to the show IF Bell Jr is no longer the writer.

@@yolondambrowm9803 He cared but it wasn’t a healthy love but lingered on obsession. His love for her stemmed from his rivalry and resentment for his brother and not from a healthy place. I didn’t like how they always kept trying to push her with Thorne in the later years forgetting how he would gaslight her for almost a year for her to stay with him back in the day. The pairing was never popular and Taylor was more into her other men (Nick, Whip even Rick ) than she ever was into him sadly. And they are too similar in nature, more of goody-goodys that doesn’t make for an exciting couple on TV.
