In this video I will be showing you how to Assemble the entire Heater / HVAC / A/C BOX in EXTREME DETAIL. I WILL ALSO SHOW YOU UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL HOW THE ALUMINUM BLEND DOOR UPGRADE WORKS AND EXACTLY HOW TO DO IT.
IN THIS VIDEO I HAVE THE BOX ALREADY TAKEN APART SO YOU CAN SEE ALL OF THE INTERIOR COMPONENTS.
THIS IS PART OF A WHOLE SERIES ALL DEDICATED TO REMOVING, REPLACING ALL COMPONENTS AND REINSTALLING THE BOX.

I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (original owner) and I want to thank you for this video. You have clearly demonstrated in this video that you are well qualified to perform this rebuild service. Unfortunately, my Jeep has a similar heater box blend door issue and I am in need of your services but not just to show how but to actual perform the work, depending of course on your location and proximity to San Diego. Please let me know if you are available and interested in doing this job on my Jeep (205K miles, excellent condition). Thank you

I appreciate you watching and also the kind words! But unfortunately I am about as far away from San diego as humanly possible without leaving the U.S. I am Located in the far east upper corner of Maine , otherwise, I'd be thrilled to help out. I love working on these Jeep WJ's!

I want to also replace the deteriorated foam on the non replaceable doors too. I hate every time I turn it on it blows small pieces of it all over the dash.

@johnpope8949 I forgot to ask, Do you have manual temp control or automatic temp control? Meaning, do you just have the knobs or a digital screen on your AC cluster
