This video is about a bunch of Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IXs I recorded during an event held at Ala Karting Circuit, in Italy, by my friends of WRCTeam.it, an Italian club for owners of rally-style cars (such as Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi Lancer, Focus RS, Lancia Delta etc) born some years ago in order to gather owners and enthusiasts in the North-East of Italy. Watch them having fun on the little and full of U-turns track and doing AWD slides and drifts!

Much love for Evos, but true driver's car will have 2 less doors and no seats all over the place. Evos are, to me, like a custom built high power sniper rifle. Only certain drivers need them and know how to use them correctly. The special conditions drivers car.

It's a shame you can't find these in decent shape for under $30k in the US anymore. As new JDM performance cars move up the price range (GT-R), or get heavier with seemingly no performance increase (STI) or just flat out disappear altogether, the used values of their ancestors climb and climb because there's nothing like them available anymore. But they climb out of reach for most enthusiasts. Now people buy FD RX-7s and MKIV Supras and Z32's as _investments_ ...not to actually drive them.

Yeah, it's sad. There's a gc8 sti (not even a RA or type R) on a local auction site here for $50k NZ, and the auction wording is all about how it's an investment, not really about its condition or how it drives so much. I had an immaculate Sti type R a few years ago, I paid $13k for it, sold it for $15k, but you couldn't get the same car for less than 3 times that now. It sucks. The American market with the 25 year rule seems to have sadly inflated prices all around the world.

@@zeroyon4562 No, time does it naturally, I live in UK, I bought my '68 Roadrunner in '84 for £1500, I still have it and now its worth £35K, I bought my 1JZ Soarer in '05 for £1500, its now worth £7-10K here, its happened forever.....that's what happens when you are late to the party LOL....you gotta pay for entry.

They were smart for quiting doing epic Evo's with all the restriction all cars must have this days lol. Do you imagine seeing an Evo and making no sound at all? Or having fake sound inside the car for the engine and such? Like mustang, BMW, Mercedes and so on lol This is a better way. These cars will never die and will always be epic ones!

@@KitKitChanIsaac yes which... Would suck a lot. Becouse there will be just one automaker or two, max 3 of them. All cars electric. Same car with no option of choosing. Imagine the entire world driving only a Smart. And the petrol cars, there will be ilegal as drugs or owning one would be a crime against the law and such. And people will literally UNDERGROUND drivers, shows, racing, and so on, underground. 100m down under. Yet I see this 5 generations at least apart from ours lol
