In this video I introduce VIV Auto Parts brand new 19t turbos for bmw n54 engines ,with ultra flow stainless steel manifold, turbine housing and compressor housing which also features their latest most capable 19t+ turbos thus far !!!

@@n54addictmotorsports The DAW versions of those manifolds will net a 4 second 100-200, they should be wild and a huge step up from the old versions.

Thats what I’m hoping for ,lots more flow ,im glad viv came thru with making these ,vargas has been using these manifold way before daw , they just cost too much that’s why you don’t hear too much about them ,these have no middleman so no extra tax like the Americans like to call 😂,let me know if you are interested in a pair ,message me on ig I’ll get u a deal 😉 N54Addict is the ig

​@@n54addictmotorsports appreciate it dude. I have known about these for a while, but thought we would try some of the USA assembled turbos next instead of cheaping out again. Thats said the china 17Ts we have make good power. Just a few little niggles i don't like about the china sellers. Also a close mate only got about 2 weeks out of his VIV turbos, rare but annoying none the less and VIV dont seem to be able to understand any technical questions. Still im trying to crack a 5.7 100-200 in full weight before i ditch my 17ts.

@@ZeroTo60Tube i communicate with them no problem,i use a translator 😂,and aint such thing as us assembled ,trust me i have looked at them all and they all seem to come from the same neighborhood with identical failure rates ,i just like the fact that with vic there is no middle man and these gringos are too lazy to make anything here they only want to get paid top dollar to do nothing,talk about scammers,america is a scam bro 😔

Hey i noticed you said stock exhaust compromises the reliability at higher boost. What's the max psi you would recommend for 19Ts on stock exhaust? Also, which BOV spring would you recommend? Thanks

No more than 25psi regardless of exhaust or not ,if you are running 19tv3 ! The V4s will take a bit more boost due to manifold design,there is much less back pressure and exhaust gas temps aren’t as high for the same reason ,the resonance helps extract heat from exhaust valves therefore keeping the engine cooler and making more power with less boost ,and in regards to bov you have to test which one works best for you ,so it’s good practice to have a 8psi 10psi and 11psi springs so you can try and see what works best for your car ,tule of thumb tho is to go as low as you can without causing a leak ,i think i have a 10psi now if im not mistaken 🫡 thanks for dropping in dont forget to leave that like and subscribe 👍🤌🫡

What support mods needed? Fbo at minute turbos on way out. Port injection needed hpfp upgrade? Or just lpfp bit new to all this. Will be running 99 octane no meth etc im in the uk thank you

Are those specific for the 135i? Because the link shows for 335i and the rear turbo is different

No i installed 335i turbos on the 135i because the 135i turbos weren’t ready yet and i did change the lines and all

You need oil and coolant lines from a 335i as well as inlets and outlets but i think the 135i turbos are ready but you still need to change inlets and outlets for best performance and also longevity of the turbos

Can you share the Data from the 17Ts? I still can’t seem to find any data on these. You must have some data sitting around from the 17Ts with upgraded manifold. What ended up being the final dyno number?

My 17t made 575whp/589tq on e40 map DI only !!! And thats with the restrictive manifold

Doc is nice ,but i never really see anyone really enjoying their cara on a daily basis on these single builds ,i see a lot of garage queens and show cars ,when i did my 17t i was out sriving every day having a blast till i sold the car for an exorbitant amount of money that i never thought i could get for that car ,but good luck tho keep us posted

Yeah but the v3 doesn’t come anywhere near these ,just the manifold it self costs same as v3 🤷🏻‍♂️ stainless steel is not cheap

@@n54addictmotorsports rb valve with BMS single catch can and hks bov so no spring and ahh yeah I’ want to say they were fine around 26 psi but I wanted 30 🤣 and pooof smoke machine under vacuum
