Is surprises me every time how great Kirk is and even more so, under appreciated.

The blues does something to my soul that I can never put it into words. It feels so damn good.

Josh's mastery of an impressive range of musical styles gives him a HUGE musical vocabulary which puts his blues playing in an altogether different league - and that's NOT meant to take anything away from these other guys, who also make the short list of present-day Blues Geniuses!

I would give damn near anything to have been in the room for this! Wow! I have been following Josh's career since he was a teenager fronting his own band in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Sooooo much fun to watch how he has evolved over the decades. Kudos to everyone on stage,. KILLER jam!

When Marcus plays a solo, it seems his brain is like a computer picking out all the most intricate and most interesting combinations of blues and jazz, simply incredible. He’s so far ahead of everyone else and with such feel.

yeeessss there is hope for the future. With guys like these the blues is safe!!!

each guitarist has his own voice, and shouldn't be compared with each other! it's like comparing apples with watermelons.....each has his own awesomeness, no one is better than the other, they are all amazing and talented-, they're not trying to compete, they're all getting off on each others groove!!

Kirk and josh are excellent.... but my god,,, guitar playing and singing both being next level just cant be beat... what a talent..

Holy crap! Awesome solos by all, including Marcus King. Not what I was expecting. And the voice - whoooaaaa! He sounds like an extra soulful version of Gregg Allman or something. Really impressive. Definitely keeping my eye on this young guy!

What a masterful performance by all. 78 thumbs down shows why that feature should be done away with by KZfaq. Giving this exceedingly sublime musicianship anything other than a thumbs up is ludicrous. If you don't understand or appreciate the pinnacle of blues artistry, or blues music itself, just move on to other videos that you can relate to in a positive way.

Er, I've never said this in 73 years, 60 of which were spent trying to master this instrument (I had a Gibson just like that, color and all): Thank you, Marcus King, for letting us listen to this blues masterpiece, including your amazing blues voice. You're better than Eric Clapton, a hero to me, B.B. King, a hero to every blues enthusiast, but not better than Stevie Ray Vaughn, although you could definitely hold your own with him on stage. Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, and Gary Moore are more rocky, less bluesy; and in their own unique path were unsurpassed; however, again, they didn't play pure blues as Marcus does here. Where is this young man going to end up? Will he surpass Stevie Ray Vaughn? What would that even sound like?

If I won the lottery, these 3 along with Derek Trucks and Henrik Freishlader would be headlining a concert in my back garden.

I think most of his colleagues who know what there talking about would agree.. Josh & Marcus are the 2 best blues fusion players i'v ever heard after E.G & J.B.
