Becuz that would eliminate extra jobs provide by a need to be filled... manufacturers aren't cool, well-spoken, or personable... it's like a family doctor versus a surgeon lol... I know it requires extra leg work .. but that extra work makes it set in our brains better and provides more actual connections with human kind ..blahblahblah... long story shorter, nothing worth having is easy

The way I figured it out was by tying on a LARGE swimbait and watching how it shows up on the fishfinder. This allowed me to see the "radius" of the finder... and gave me a better understanding of where I need to place by lures to hookup with a fish based on where it appears on the fish finder. This was an awesome explanation. This took less than 8 minutes but really explained what was going on and why... which makes my test make even more sense.

I have had a solid understanding of this for years and years of bass fishing but this is one of the best explanations I have seen done. Well done! I'm running 2 Striker 4CV on my bow, a Plus and the original. Great little units. I have 1 of those, the Pkus, linked to my 9SV on the helm of my 17' Lowe bass boat. A great, inexpensive combo with DownVu/SideVu

The tech is absolutely crazy for sure, its amazing what is available...some of these fancy sonar units can cost $3,000 or more...it's nuts.
