BLACK PEPPER - 8 TO 10
CLOVES - 3 Nos.
BLACK CARDAMOM - 1 No.
CARDAMOM - 2 Nos.
CINNAMON - 1 INCH
GINGER - ½ INCH
ONION (MEDIUM) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
TOMATO (MEDIUM) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
SALT - 1 TSP
PANEER - 100 GM (COTTAGE CHEESE)
GREEN CHILLI - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
CORIANDER LEAVES - ¼ CUP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP

आंटीजी, आप बहुत अच्छा सिखाती हैं। कुकर में घी वाली टिप तो बहुत काम की लगी। आपके लिए एक सुझाव भी है, दाल को स्वादिष्ट बनाने के लिए पनीर का प्रयोग नही करना चाहिए। मूंग पचने में हल्की होती है, पनीर दूध को बिगाड़ कर बनता है और भारी होता है। आयुर्वेद की दृष्टि से यह विपरीत आहार है और शरीर में कई व्याधियाँ पैदा करेगा। पारम्परिक और स्वास्थप्रदायक खाने का ऐसे करने से सारा फायदा चला जाता है। आपसे बहुत सीखता रहता हूँ पर आज पहली बार कमेन्ट कर रहा हूँ क्योंकि कुछ बताने लायक लगा। आशा है आप स्वस्थ हैं, धन्यवाद एवम् प्रणाम।
