I’m 34 and have lifted literally a handful of times in high school. I have looked at body builders as aliens and never had a shred of interest. I’m skinny as hell but after watching and seeing rich I have never been more motivated to get fit in my life! He must have been such an inspiration for the fitness community. Even if his style was not for everyone with the supplements he was honest and genuine it seemed. RIP BIG DOG!

Hey rich, just wanted to let you know how the program's going so far. So far I've gained about 15 pairs of pyramid shoes that I don't wear . Ive decided to bump my meal intake to about 7 cookies per day . Also, I just found out from my doctor that my liver and kidneys are shutting down from all the Ben and jerrys and olive oil intake I've consumed. I have a 5% chance of making it tomorrow Rich. Just need to know, in case I don't pull through.Can I skip cardio in the afterlife, or will I gain the 20 pounds I've lost on your program? Thanks rich and keep up the good work!
