INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Deep inhale into the nasal cavity !
2. Balance the pressure inside the nasal cavity.
3. Hold the breath for 3 seconds. Let the oxygen enter the blood.
4. Slowly exhale and vibrate the deep sound inside the nasal cavity. Let it vibrate the brain and the ear drums. Sound can be self selected. Try the deep O-sound, the deep U-sound, the deep M-sound, the deep A-sound. See which one feels more comfortable.
5. During the initial phase of exhale. Squeeze the lower parts of the fascia, in the core of the lower abdomen. The core muscle in the center of the pelvic bone and the core muscle of the lower spine. Do remember to release that tension during the inhale !
6. Deep inhale into the nasal cavity !
7. Balance the pressure inside the nasal cavity.
8. Hold the breath for 3 seconds. Release all tension !
9. Repeat the deep humming cycle for as long as the pressure inside the head and body feels comfortable.
!!! Stop, when the air pressure inside the head can not balance out, because it can create headaches. Same as with deep diving or nasal cavity blockages during the sick days.
