Pecharunt sure goes HARD! It's more techno and "club mix" but I'm glad they kept some of the Japanese instrumental elements.

The number 88 is representative of danger in Japan, so it makes sense that something that can take your free will away has 88s across the board. It also looks like a chain, so that's fun.

Judging his typing is poison ghost and Terapagos’ is normal, I like to assume that it’s an Arceus-Giratina situation where Terapagos banished Pecharunt because he wanted to take over Paldea and kill Terapagos and Ogerpon. Perhaps Pecharunt is the true evil of it all. Maybe he’ll be responsible for Koraidon and Miraidon’s special Tera forms that were datamined and Terapagos’ form in Heath’s book. Or maybe it used nightmares to create a Terapagos like legendary just like how Terapagos is believed to be an imaginary/dream Pokémon.

This is a great theme for a Pokémon that’s is unobtainable in the game (aka it’s not even in the game, it’s just there and you can’t even battle it, it’s turned off)

Peacharunt is the “leader” of the loyal 3. It gave them their toxic chains. So technically it was Peacharunt’s theme first, and then the 3 got a dummed-down version of it.

As someone mentioned, Pecharunt is actually the Trio's "Leader"
