This guy knows how to work! He measures, plumbs, squares, re-checks, measures fourth time, plumbs sixth time, uses a laser-eye, and measures each grout line again! The kids today cant even repeat what the teacher says after the sentence is read.

@@AndreAnyone the eves will have will have a 5mil plaster hung underneath which will cover the height difference, won't see it.

Nice to see a more substantial finished product, so many track homes have budget siding and it just looks awful. It also makes a difference when a craftsman installs a quality product. 😊

Never did mesh and waterproof the seams. . . . otherwise, very good and precision work!

one other thing is that i would never wet the back of the brick instead its better to skim the wall and notch the brick. Thats why the first stone came off so easy...no skim on the wall.

Dont worry about level on corner block, just plumb both ends of the corner. If you level it, after you plumb, you will throw it out of plumb.

What if…. You use a tile vibrating tool on each stone to set the mortar??. Why no water & mortar on the concrete panel prior to back-buttering the stone before placing it?.

This is done because when driveway is completed it will come up to that level. At moment garage floor is wood, so inside has still to be concreted

If only they would have used a wet saw to make all the cuts crispy and straight instead of dry cutting and chipping them with a gas saw. The tuckpointing and finished product would have been so much nicer with clean and unchipped joint edges. Overall, the look and design was nice.
