He did an excellent job . To shift toilets and washing machine etc. Is easy to say , but it has to be worked on the basis of the plumbing system that the building has already. Just grab the good ideas y'all like and skip the ideas y'all didn't and just move forward. ❤️

Nicely converted with whatever available space. To gain something we have to compromise somewhere. Though kitchen and toilet at the same place is not hygienic.

The bathroom should be in place of toilet and toilet should be in place of bathroom and the door for toilet should be from hall instead of kitchen. In this way we can have entrance of toilet from hall so the problem of toilet in kitchen is solved and bathroom in kitchen is OK no big deal, but if one don't want any interference in kitchen then we can make bathroom and toilet attached and this one unit will have only one entrance from hall. :)

Good job of a limited space ! And lots of storage too. Few thoughts: 1. bathing near kitchen & toilet otherside. Tho this depends on pipe outlets. 2. washing machine fitted in kitchen 3. Common washbasin fitted outside any wall of bath room 4 Bedroom could have had a bed folding upwards or sofa cum bed. Opposite wall cld have a wall mounted TV. No need for TV cabinets... too outdated

The idea is good... But toilet next to kitchen is not good...hygiene wise and vaastu wise

Very modular house, well furnished. Very nice and comfortable. In a little space, very comfortable house. Really very nice. Thumbs up for that👍. But the thing is header is given WRONG. By seeing the title, all will think that before the adjustment, hall was not allotted, and you have given space again for that. But you are showing all the inbuilt furniture which is not suitable for the header(title) you have given. I dnt know whether I kept my point in an understandable way or not. I think so.

To convert 1RK TO 1BHK , the only choice is to convert kitchen to bedroom n make kitchen in the toilet passage. But the interior is properly designed. That increased mobility n storage capacity.

The more minimalist human will become, the more Planet will be safe... great apartment and use of space. Converting bachelor pad into 1 bedroom apartment and still everything is included, it’s good work. I guess apartment floor area might be less than 400 sq. Ft.

I prefer staying in chawls rather than in big flats. The flats/ houses are just walls wth only ears to hear n ni mouth to spk/ talk. In chawls we meet ppl frm dawn to midnight they smile they say hello they come running to help to exchange food items n celebrate all festivals together wth lots of warmth love n concern

WC and bathroom should be combined and should be opened through Hall Area. And kitchen would have wall on one side. These would look decent and hygienic as Kitchen and Bathroom gates would be parallel and not inside kitchen.

I know that the place is not sufficient for 1bhk but it could've been utilised much better like I hate when some Architects gave stupid designs to their innocent customers in the name of fake modernisation.. One thing for sure kitchen and bathrooms are opposite to each other.. Being a civil engineer I saw many small apartments having entry from the hall, from bedrooms, from stores and even from balcony but first time i witnessed something ridiculous like that and a big thumbs down for that.. Both of them may be saperated by shifting kitchen to the extreme right and making a partition wall in between kitchen and the bathroom. And the washing machine shoud have been palced in bathroom i mean you can compromise on that but you can't take it inside your bedroom..
