Paul and I finally get back to the Jug Dump to dig with our little friend...the backhoe. It was a cold January day but we dug some nice bottles...and jugs of course! (part 2 of 2..conclusion)

My daughter came in to show me a quilt she was making and she saw you guys on the TV. “HEY!! Mom, it’s the diggers.” She knew I had been worried about you guys. You guys were pulling out so many fun things. The jugs, the small creamer pitcher, the soap stone bowl! I love that. I wondered if that one piece with the notch in it was a spoon rest. Put it on the stove and rest the cooking spoon in it. I thought maybe a cigarette dish at first. But I like the spoon rest idea better. Thanks for the dig. Stay warm. Tell Shelley I said Hi!!♥️♥️♥️

I worked for Eastman Kodak in Kingsport, Tn. until the 1990's when it changed to Tennessee Eastman Co. I retired in 2001. They hired me in 1969 after I came home from Vietnam.

Wow, what a haul of beautiful bottles, jugs and oddities. Dave and Paul so good to see you again, I would have not lasted in the cold. Paul, how did your hands not get cold? We have had sub zero weather here and vertical little snow. Your videos always pump us up. The side profile of Paul could be your twin😀 God bless to you and the family.👍👏🇺🇸

Oh wow DAVE&PAUL!! That was a great video of the conclusion of the 1st dig of 2024 and digging right down to the floor then seeing different trash layers of bottles to com oh wow and no sight or sound of "CASEY" today maybe because she cant reach where you are at the bottom anyway cant decide on a favourite out of your collection but they all look great and the 3 jugs well done now keep warm until next vid all the best to you all..chris in the uk....

Hey Dave, quick question: how comes you guys never use a pitch fork? Wouldn’t that enter that crusty layer a bit better? Or do ya worry it would chip or pierce bottles?
