you should look at mumphords in Victoria, TX little hole in the wall and by far one of the best in TX

Youve no idea how lucky you are to be trying these places. BBQ in ireland is non existant and the few places that do it are straight up TRASH. I hope to visit BBQ country one day :)

If you want some good BBQ, try Chinese places. I think there are two in Plano. But I have had good Chinese BBQ all over. Char sui is the red colored pork. Then there is the pork with a layer of fat and crispy skin. They also have ribs, BBQ duck, chicken, and beef.
