10 жыл бұрынThe path to Black Belt step by step. The final installment and last part of the Series 5-1 kyu Aikido foundation Syllabus.
1st kyu is considered a dress-rehearsal for shodan, first degree black belt. Adding the previous kyu syllabus (5-2) to this 1st kyu syllabus completes the basic structure of techniques of Aikido. It's a minimalist syllabus but it contains the required number of techniques as stated by the late Saito Morihiro Shihan, 9 dan, of Iwama. We have covered a number of grips, attacks, kihon/basic form and awase/blending form, all which are standard Aikido syllabus worldwide.
The 1st Kyu Aikido Syllabus includes:
1. Suwariwaza Yokomenuchi
Ikkyo, omote and ura waza.
Nikkyo
Sankyo
Yonkyo
Gokkyo (only urawaza).
2. Katadori Shomenuchi Kotegaeshi
3. Yokomenuchi Kotegaeshi
4. Katadori Shomenuchi Shihonage
5. Munadori Shihonage
6. Katadori Shomenuchi Iriminage
7. Yokomenuchi Iriminage
8. Ryotedori Koshinage
9. Morotedori Koshinage
10. Morotedori kokyunage
11. Ryokatadori Kokyunage
12. Ushiro Ryotedori Kokyunage
13. Ushiro Ryokatadori Kokyuho
14. Tankendori: Yokomenuchi Gokkyo
15. Tankendori: Tsuki Kotegaeshi
16. Jiyuwaza: Ninindori
