I would have definitely chose number 2! But I’m into the beautiful lake view, the peacefulness, space and privacy. But hey, good luck!

that 2nd house was ideal for how people used to use lake property - eat outside so kitchen right there and if thirsty or want a snack run in and grab one and run back outside instead of trekking across the entire house to get to the kitchen

Sandra Westley uk, I think when they say fixer-upper, that’s just change the decor, which most people do any way, to make it there own.

Rob is such a great estate agent. He really sells the positives. All three properties this episode had amazing potential. The first with work would be Amazing and its waterfront is stunning. The third, not so good a waterfront but all those extra buildings on site are phenomenal. Enjoyable episode thank you 😊

Rob is a great guy. He is so patient and calm when dealing with the clients. He really cares that he can provide most of the things the clients want in property and cottage.

I would have chosen the property number 2. I don't mind the entrance being into the kitchen. Could have closed it off and opened up another in a different part of the house. Number 1 seemed like a tone of work. Number 3 house was great, but the lot wasn't and you can change the house, not its location.

Sandra Westley uk, how can there kids be too small for bunk beds, we went away once and the cot for the baby at 6 months was so small I put the baby in the bottom bunk with a chest of draws against the bed so he couldn’t roll, and then my 2 year old was on the top bunk which he thought was great, there girls are older than mine were.

I thought so too. Maybe they didn't like all the stairs (kids can fall down them) or perhaps it was the neighbor across the way -- no privacy

Cost. It's one thing to have some fixing up but not a tear down. They are communicating what needs to be done with each so they can make an educated decision. This is what everybody does when viewing properties... so no surprise here.
