Hey Subscribers!!
The anticipation is over!! Warning, this video is long, but it contains great tips and lessons that I experienced this during my first year as a Air Force Officer and Nurse. Please note, like all videos on my page, these are my personal opinions and experiences, not those of the USAF, Nursing or any Nursing Organization. Thank you for watching and riding this journey with me!

I hope you're okay. I was looking forward to finding your video that you wanted to distinguish between being a nurse and an officer. I follow you on Instagram, but your page is private. Truly hope you're okay and that nursing is still your thing. You seem like a fabulously honest and caring nurse ❤

Yesss....thank you so much for this! You spoke nothing but facts. I am so glad that you were able to regain your mental peace and identify the things that were draining your energy, because now you can avoid those situations/people. I am also an empath and get drained really easily when I am around negative energies. Thank you for taking the time to put this video together. You mentioned not yet mastering how to balance patient advocation versus rank...that sounds extremely difficult to handle! I experienced situations similar while enlisted (doing the right thing vs. following a "higher-up's" order) and it is very difficult. Often times, it seems best to just follow the order even though you know its not the right thing to do. Can you speak about how scheduling/shifts work? Thank you!!

Hello🌻 I was looking for a mentor to guide me in the right direction as far as the NECP program. I’m currently a SrA ! I plan on going into the program next year, but I have a lot to get done! I’m currently taking preqs and have 4 more classes to get done by late March and things are looking impossible ... but I have faith and motivation that I can get it done. Would you be okay being my mentor ? Thank you for your time!

Literally #2 😩 every time a certain patient comes in, I ask one of the other nurses to go in cause I feel so depressed after being with them. Sooo crazy. I never experienced anything like that before becoming a nurse.
