@@1stformations Probably I'm asking too much but any information on adding staff - non-uk resitents that will work from Honduras - would be great and what taxes would apply to them when receiving a payment (or deductions like NIC)

Thanks for the question! No - the company number is unique to the company, it can not be reused :)

Good question! Yes - the number should be displayed on your site, documents, company stationery, letterheads, compliment slips, emails, faxes (if you still use them!), invoices, order forms, and receipts. We hope that helps!

Thank you for your kind enquiry. If your company is registered in the UK, please go to Companies House and search for the company on there. You will then find the Company Registration Number on the company profile page. Is your company a UK company?

Thanks for the video :) How about the Company Registration Number in the USA? Can there be 2 of the same company registration numbers in 2 different states in the USA? For example, company A in Alaska has the same Company Registration Number as company B in California, is it possible?

To be clear - the company no only needs to appear on your stationery etc.. if it is a LLP not a LTD company?

Can a private limited company have 8 digit number or all registered numbers should have 6 digits only

Thanks for the question. It depends where exactly the company is formed. If the company is formed with a registered office in England or Wales, the number will be 8 digits long. If it's formed with a registered office in Scotland or Northern Ireland, it will be 6 digits long (but will have either NI or SC in front of it). We hope that helps!
