your brief gym video is much better than most of the dedicated workout videos online. Others use light weight to make their form perfect. You do heavy AND have perfect form! Just a thought!!! Keep doing what you do best!!!

Hey Hannah I haven't seen you in a while your looking great still that Beautiful Smile and I see your starting to work out more not that you need it.
