What is ROBLOX? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. having a high level can mean you grind consistently so unless you took a long break, having a high level does theoretically mean you have knowledge and you’re familiar with the game and know how to play it. But, it can also mean you play 24/7 and don’t try gaining skill, or you used to play alot, then took a 1 year break and now don’t know how to play
